THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Shift Manager, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to provide top-notch experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Provide direction and support to staff, and Shift Supervisors to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by conducting consistent inspections of all public areas, offices, back-of-the-house, and Casino
Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
Consistently demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to provide effective training, coaching, and leadership
Communicate policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
Assist with various leadership functions to include hiring, coaching, discipline, training, terminations, ordering and payroll
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License
Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in hospitality, business management, or leadership)
Has prior experience in an EVS leadership role overseeing general cleanliness
Has prior experience overseeing, and providing direction to a leadership team
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
Has the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Is proficient in the utilization of Hotsos, and Microsoft office
Professional appearance and demeanor
Bilingual
