THE JOB:  

As a Environmental Services Shift Supervisor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to provide top-notch experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service

Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas

Conduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employees

Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees

Assist with administrative functions

Communicate policies and procedures, and ensure compliance

Ensure efficient daily operation through the supervision of cleanliness within assigned employee stations

Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Must currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

Has prior experience in a leadership role overseeing general cleanliness

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bilingual

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Has the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

Is able to effectively use Microsoft Office, and office equipment, to include telephone, copier, and fax machine
