Environmental Services Supervisor - 1st Shift

**This is a full time position working flexible hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm as the 1st shift supervisor in the Housekeeping/EVS Department at Northwest Medical Center.**
**Position Summary:**
Supervises EVS staff for all assigned shifts. Ensures that all internal and external customers receive services in accordance with organization policy, protocol, quality standards and patient care standards.
**Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements**
**Education:**
Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience
**Experience:**
Required: Five years of previous EVS supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
**Skills:**
Excellent Interpersonal relationship, oral/written communications, team building and customer service skills. Ability to not only supervise but also to motivate assigned personnel to achieve expectations.
**Licenses/Certifications:**
Required: For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card
