Job Summary:
We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that the environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations. $500.00 sign on bonus, paid weekly, full time benefits

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of environmental services staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
2. Develop and maintain cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering as needed.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address cleaning and maintenance needs.
6. Handle escalated issues or complaints related to environmental services.
7. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in environmental services or related field are a plus.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within environmental services or facilities management.
3. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively.
6. Detail-oriented and organized.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
