THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Supervisor at Bellagio, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areasConduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employeesAssist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employeesAssist with administrative functions

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS or PAD.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Ability to work any shift, mainly swing shift, including weekends and holidays.6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in guest services or a guest contact position.Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.Familiar with CBA contracts, processes, and procedures.
