JOIN THE SHOW: Aria Resort & Casino is searching for an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor, to oversee daily operations, leading the talented overnight team, and managing administrative duties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceResponsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shiftConduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanlinessWorking knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor managementOrganizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

Either a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education experienceTwo (2) years of related experience in a similar resort settingAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

2+ years of EVS management experience in a similar luxury resort settingProficient in handling multiple tasks and thriving in a high-paced setting; possesses a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a polished and professional demeanorAbility to make sound decisions immediately without supervisionExperience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining AgreementPrior resort experience, extensive knowledge of floor care, and familiarity with EVS equipment
