Join our team as an Environmental Technician! 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 5 :00 AM to 2:30 PM . In this role, you'll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Technician s to ensure our entire facility—inside and out—is maintained to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to a healthy and safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors. From keeping our spaces spotless to proactively addressing maintenance needs, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our organization. As Needed: + Attends staff meetings, orientations, in-service training, as assigned. + Reports equipment and building repair needs. + Understands and follows all emergency procedures. + Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
