This team supports environmental site investigation and remediation projects across Atlantic Canada and beyond. As a key member of the team, your role will include a broad range of responsibilities related to Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), multimedia sampling programs, remediation programs, and environmental spill response.

Your Capabilities and Credentials Senior Technician / Technologist: College Technician or Technologist Diploma is required or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience Minimum of twelve years of relevant work experience Detailed knowledge of field sampling techniques Experience using field equipment including GIS-related mobile data collection tools Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of field notes Conscientiousness, organization, and discipline Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good English communication skills, some French language capabilities would be considered an asset Eligible for federal security clearance Good driving record and valid driver’s license required Intermediate Technician / Technologist: College Technician or Technologist Diploma is required or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience Minimum of five years of relevant work experience Detailed knowledge of field sampling techniques Experience using field equipment including GIS-related mobile data collection tools Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of field notes Conscientiousness, organization, and discipline Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, some French language capabilities would be considered an asset Eligible for federal security clearance Good driving record and valid driver’s license required Junior Technician / Technologist: College Technician or Technologist Diploma is required or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience Minimum of two years of relevant work experience Learn and follow standard operating procedures for work assigned, while continuing to develop skills Collect field and technical data Perform and document field data collection activities (including oversight of subcontractors); Execute field programs with site visits, test pitting, borehole drilling, monitoring well installation, soil vapor surveys, soil and groundwater remediation monitoring and surveying Evening and weekend work may be required Travel requiredTo express interest in joining our team, please submit your application and our Talent Acquisition team with contact you as need arise.
