The center is designed to deepen customer and partner relationships, accelerate sales growth, and inspire through the art of the possible. We’re seeking a talented Envisioning Specialist for our state-of-the art, Experience Center in Atlanta. As a great storyteller and passionate technologist, you’ll facilitate immersive technology experiences and deliver compelling demos to our customers and audiences in-person and virtually. Along with your ability to connect with business and technical leaders in storytelling and discussion, you have business acumen and strong knowledge of our key US solutions. You are results-driven, a natural collaborator, and enjoy building on ideas as well as sharing your expertise and support. Most importantly, you are passionate about helping our customers and ensuring that their experience will be informative, productive, and inspirational. This role is highly customer-facing and will spend most of the time facilitating the best demos and technology experiences Sage has to offer! Key Responsibilities: • Inspire and instill confidence in our audiences by delivering a wide range of demos in person at the Experience Center, and through virtual engagements with remote attendees. Demo focus areas will include key sage solutions including our industry solutions. • Act as a resource for Envisioning Specialist Community on customer engagement best practices, including impact of technology and industry trends on customer business priorities • Manage the deployment of new immersive experiences in the Center, and the general operation and performance of demos and experiences, in partnership with the local US teams • Lead documentation and scripting for assigned demos and experiences; package up materials including scripts, training videos, and other documentation for consumption by other Sage customer engagement programs. • Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements; provide feedback on existing experiences and ongoing ideas for potential new experiences to be developed. • Support the center’s speaker recruitment and related training activities 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • 3+ years presenting to large (20+ people) audiences and/or internal / external senior executives OR delivering solution and product demos to customers. • An experienced and gifted storyteller with exceptional communication skills and executive presence; ability to connect technical concepts with customer value. • Ability to craft clear and compelling messages for demo scripts; proactively creates messaging for handling customer questions and concerns • Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deliverables, and to move fluidly from project work to presenting in front of customers across multiple engagements per day and week. • Outstanding cross-team collaboration skills, as part of a small team which will need to work closely supporting one another for mutual success. • Must reside in Atlanta and be available to be on-site in the center 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬: •  Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably) •  Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage •  401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%) •  32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday) •  18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date •  5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation) •  $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date •  Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually) •  Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐞: Careers homepage -https://www.sage.com/en-us/company/careers/ Glassdoor reviews -https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Sage-Reviews-E1150.htm LinkedIn page -https://www.linkedin.com/company/sage-software Function: Marketing Country: United States Office Location: Atlanta Work Place type: Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you’re supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
