**Main Task/Important Responsibilities:**
+ Have a thorough understanding of the client’s HSE and CBRE policies,
+ Provide oversight of the incident management system on the account, ensuring all applicable incidents are investigated,
+ Enter incidents and their associated documentation into the Harbour system,
+ Enter data for risks and issues into the risk management system,
+ Govern the HSE and risk assurance program for the account and escalate where non-compliance is sighted,
+ Follow up with individuals who have overdue actions within both the Harbour and ARMS system,
+ Manage lessons learned and their distribution,
+ Issue WHS work orders to the operational team through the Si7 system,
+ Monthly reporting of HSE performance with leading and lagging KPIs, including all data management and graphs,
+ Ownership of the induction framework for the account and adding updates, when required,
+ Administer the creation of HSE forms within the relevant system (Damstra, Si7, Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms) and ensure the form remains applicable,
+ Produce process flows for new HSE and risk procedures,
+ Update account HSE procedures in collaboration with stakeholders,
+ Deliver training and coaching on the HSE and risk management systems, where required.
**Qualifications:**
+ Technical qualification (engineering /safety engineering/ systems),
+ Advanced training/certification in HSSE management is an advantage,
+ Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role,
+ Advanced English is a must

+ Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in workplace.
