EOI: HSE Analyst Job ID 153065 Posted 07-Feb-2024 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **Main Task/Important Responsibilities:** + Have a thorough understanding of the client’s HSE and CBRE policies, + Provide oversight of the incident management system on the account, ensuring all applicable incidents are investigated, + Enter incidents and their associated documentation into the Harbour system, + Enter data for risks and issues into the risk management system, + Govern the HSE and risk assurance program for the account and escalate where non-compliance is sighted, + Follow up with individuals who have overdue actions within both the Harbour and ARMS system, + Manage lessons learned and their distribution, + Issue WHS work orders to the operational team through the Si7 system, + Monthly reporting of HSE performance with leading and lagging KPIs, including all data management and graphs, + Ownership of the induction framework for the account and adding updates, when required, + Administer the creation of HSE forms within the relevant system (Damstra, Si7, Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms) and ensure the form remains applicable, + Produce process flows for new HSE and risk procedures, + Update account HSE procedures in collaboration with stakeholders, + Deliver training and coaching on the HSE and risk management systems, where required. **Qualifications:** + Technical qualification (engineering /safety engineering/ systems), + Advanced training/certification in HSSE management is an advantage, + Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role, + Advanced English is a must **Skills:** **_Interpersonal skills/teamwork:_** + Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside /outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives. **_Leadership:_** + Ability to drive others towards action and to oversee projects involving multiple stakeholders. **_Communication:_** + Ability to provide clear information and direction and capture quantitative data to a very high standard. **_Systems:_** + High level understanding of systems and the ability to liaise with system owners to maximise the systems benefit to the account, **_Initiative/Execution/Innovation:_** + Ability to take actions, decisions & to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner, involvement in designs or other work requiring creative imagination. **_Ownership/commitment:_** + Ability to take full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control. **_Planning/Balance:_** + Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environment. **_Health & Safety Awareness:_** + Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in workplace.
