1. Promote good business relationship among building unit owner, building tenants, occupants and building management.
2. Serve as the main link among the building unit owners, building tenants, occupants, and the building management by providing effective communications and administrative services in expeditious and efficient manner.
3. Facilitate and monitor tenant fit out and renovation activities from commencement to completion.
4. Ensure that the requirements before, during and after the fit out are met by the tenants.
5. Monitor operations and ensure that concerns are addressed; ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted.
6. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
7. The Tenant Relations Manager shall accept complaints from clients and assist in liaising with tenants to ensure their continued satisfaction.
8. The Tenant Relations Manager shall render service support (i.e. includes all office, tenant and accounting service support).
9. The Tenant Relations Manager shall schedule tenant requests for maintenance. Follow-up on tenants’ requests to ensure tenant satisfaction of completed service.
10. The Tenant Relations Manager shall generate and track tenant billable requests, ensuring appropriate approvals have given prior to processing.
11. The Tenant Relations Manager shall ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, company house rules and regulations. Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department.
12. The Tenant Relations Manager shall be responsible for miscellaneous projects, including coordinating tenant gifts, events, etc.
13. The Tenant Relations Manager shall monitor, update and maintain tenant lists, vendor lists, emergency contact lists, and any other lists required by the Company or the Property.
14. The Tenant Relations Manager shall schedule moving, construction and other activity that may utilize the loading dock, freight elevator, weekend/after-hours access, security and other special accesses.
15. The Tenant Relations Manager shall dispatch calls to appropriate Property Engineer/Chief Engineer and/or other personnel, and work with engineers and vendors to follow-up so that work is completed to tenant satisfaction.
16. The Tenant Relations Manager shall ensure customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns — and providing personalized service and support.
17. Help promote all services of CBRE to all those whom you come in contact with.
18. To perform all other duties and related activities as may be assigned by the Property Manager.
+ Bachelor's degree holder in Hospitality Management o relevant field
+ At least 5 years of relevant experience
