ABOUT THE JOB

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain organization effectiveness through:

Utilise strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organisationInitiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practiceLead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysisDeep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor dataDrive strong collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams, including marketing, value & access, health economics, regulatory and clinicalDrive collaborative relationships with above-country colleagues to ensure the MCO / country involvement and strategic input into global and regional plansAbility to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into the advancement in the TA particularly in diabetes scope.Champion the patient voice when developing and implementing medical strategies

ABOUT YOU:

Education/Experience/Certification:

Doctorate level education: MD or equivalent Medical degree preferred, PhD or PharmDIndustry experience (including medical affairs field or office) and/or clinical experience, ideally with relevant Diabetes experience specially insulin Management expertise.Good understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysisAbility to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areasImplement true scientific engagement journeys by bridging channel disconnect to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchange.Be confident in the use of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channels.Effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of HCPs and their centres with cross-functional teams to inform patient centric strategy.
