What You'll Do
Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide resilient, scalable and cost-competitive services to BCGer’s around the world. It includes a range of business-critical activities including BCG's Enterprise Procurement & Payables team, which, in conjunction with internal partners, aims to establish and execute best-in-class Supplier Management & Source to Pay processes within and across BCG.
Reporting into the Executive Director for Enterprise Procurement & Payables, the Risk and Sustainability Management Senior Director will lead the planning, budget management, and operational performance framework for the team, ensuring EP&P initiatives are aligned with BCG’s strategic goals. This role requires an experienced leader with a strategic mindset to oversee planning cycles, engagement schedules, and employee development programs, while also driving compliance and impact analysis across EP&P’s initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance standards, enhance engagement strategies, and establish a cohesive approach to both internal and external stakeholder communications.
In collaboration with partners across finance, IT, and HR, you will be responsible for optimizing the internal operations of the Enterprise Procurement & Payables team and enabling the Executive Director and Procurement Leadership team to lead at scale.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.10+ years of experience in strategic planning, budget management, or similar roles, ideally within procurement or payables functions.Proven track record of leading complex planning processes and managing performance metrics within a large organization.Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing budgets and cross-functional initiatives.Effective communication skills, particularly in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.Ability to influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration across functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Who You'll Work With
You will work within the EP&P team, collaborating closely with finance, HR, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment and consistency across EP&P’s programs. You’ll report directly to the Executive Director of EP&P, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and a seamless integration of planning, budget management, and engagement initiatives.
