Epic Beaker Implementation Manager
CTG is looking for an experienced Beaker Implementation Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled individual with a strong background in Epic Beaker and laboratory systems implementations, and who is ready to take on a leadership position to drive successful projects across a variety of clients. Location: Remote (with 25% travel, approximately one week per month) Experience Level: 8-10 years Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and installation of Epic Beaker solutions, ensuring seamless execution from planning to go-live. Take ownership of project management responsibilities, including defining project scope, creating timelines, and managing overall project structure. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation process. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper understanding and configuration of Beaker solutions, addressing any gaps in functionality or workflow. Facilitate and oversee all aspects of Beaker builds, ensuring the configuration aligns with client requirements and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain continuous communication with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards. Assist with training and knowledge transfer, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools and resources to succeed post-implementation. Key Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in Epic Beaker implementations, including hands-on experience with system builds and project management. Proven success in managing large-scale Epic implementations for laboratory systems. Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, processes, and systems integration. Experience in project management, with the ability to define scope, manage risks, and meet deadlines. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and coach both technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with Beaker build and configuration, as well as a deep understanding of system functionality. Ability to travel 25% of the time (approximately one week per month). Additional Requirements: Strong background in the healthcare/laboratory domain, ideally with experience in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ability to adapt to changing project needs, and demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise. Experience with a variety of Beaker configurations and system builds preferred. Strong understanding of Epic's best practices and methodologies for Beaker implementations. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
