JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with and across teams of analysts to provide advanced level support for their customersPerform advanced system configuration changes and maintenance to support the life cycle of the applicationDesign enhancements and changes for complex systemsPerforms operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in departmental operating proceduresIdentifies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexityGathers requirements, develops specifications, prepares and reviews documentationDevelops, validates, and executes comprehensive test plans Not sure of this is part of the needCommunicates effectively, negotiates changes, and assists in prioritization of tasks with clientMay be considered the Subject Matter Expert in their area of application or domainEducates and coaches other team membersUnderstands and complies with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures and standards Client Required Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as a Certified Ambulatory analyst/builder Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related fieldRelevant experience of 2-5 years within a healthcare environmentRelevant Information Systems analyst experience of 3-5 yearsAble to establish and meet delivery datesAbility to manage multiple projects and issues adjusting priorities as neededStrong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely mannerAdeptness to learn new assignments, technologies, and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables

Full-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after successfully completing 90 days of employment.Part-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after completing 250 hours of worktime.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time.  The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.

 

 

PAY RANGE

Pay range for this position is $55-85/hr.
