Epic Grand Central Analyst
CTG is seeking to fill an EPIC Analyst for our client in Richmond, VA. **Location:** Remote in the following locations: VA, MD, TN, NC, FL, SC, TX, WV, GA, AR, KY **Duration:** Contract to hire **Schedule:** Standard 8-5 EST As an integral member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Epic Grand Central modules to ensure seamless financial operations. Bring your expertise in Epic applications, strong analytical skills, and passion for healthcare technology to improve patient care and financial efficiency. **Duties:** + Analyze, design, implement, and support the organization’s Epic Grand Central modules. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and operational support. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial operations within Epic systems. + Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system utilization and efficiency. + Maintain Epic certification and keep abreast of updates and best practices. **Skills:** + Proficient in Epic Grand Central applications and healthcare technology. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Experience:** + **Required:** 3 to 6 years of related experience in Grand Central BUILD. + **Preferred:** Previous Epic experience in training, build, and/or support of the Epic electronic health record suite. Experience in a healthcare setting is desired. **Education:** + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience. + **Preferred:** Experience determining and developing solutions with general input from management. **Licensure & Certification:** + Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility, with successful completion required within 60 days of final training. + Maintain required Epic certification for the appropriate role. **Physical Requirements:** + Lifting less than 20 lbs. + Prolonged sitting and repetitive motion. + Strong recall, reasoning, problem-solving, and clear communication skills. **Must Have Qualities:** + 2 years of Grand Central build experience. + Experience with facility structure build. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and applicable licensure or certifications.
