Epic Grand Central Analyst
****Remote opportunity in the following locations: VA, MD, TN, NC, FL, SC, TX, WV, GA, AR, KY**** CTG is seeking a certified Grand Central Epic Analyst to manage or perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization’s information technology resources. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Epic Grand Central modules to ensure seamless financial operations. Expertise in Epic applications, strong analytical skills, and passion for healthcare technology to make a difference in improving patient care and financial efficiency. **Duties:** + Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Grand Central build solutions within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. + Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to define system requirements and provide ongoing support for Grand Central build. + Build and maintain facility structure within Epic Grand Central, ensuring patient movement and logistics are appropriately configured. + Ensure efficient transfer center processes by developing and supporting related system functionality. + Provide training, troubleshooting, and support to end-users on Epic Grand Central functionality. + Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement system enhancements. **Skills:** + Strong experience in Grand Central build and configuration (3+ years of experience required). + Knowledge and experience with facility structure build, patient movement, logistics, and transfer center processes within the Epic system. + Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet system requirements. + Expertise in the Epic systems, particularly the Grand Central module. + Proficient in system troubleshooting, problem-solving, and user support within an EHR environment. **Experience:** + REQUIRED: Three to six years of related experience in Grand Central build within the Epic EHR system. + PREFERRED: Previous experience in training, building, and/or supporting Epic systems in a healthcare environment. **Education:** + REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience. **Physical Requirements:** + Physical: Lifting less than 20 lbs. **Schedule:** + Standard 8-5 EST work schedule. Remote work option available (approximately 95% remote). **Location:** + Preferred candidates will be local. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications.
