Lamar Blvd, Arlington, Texas 76011 The work location for this position includes a combination of onsite presence at various Texas Health entities within the DFW metroplex (up to 60% local travel during the first year) and remote work. **Work hours:** Full Time Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support required. **IT Care Connect IP Support Department highlights:** · Opportunities to learn and grow career · Flexible Schedule - work/life balance · Innovative, collaborative and fast-paced environment · Join an inclusive and supportive team **Here’s What You Need** · Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred) · 4 years of relevant work experience with no degree (Required) Or, · 2 years or relevant experience with an Associate’s degree (Required) Or, · 1 year of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Required) · Epic OpTime Certification or Proficiency (Highly Preferred) · Epic Principal Trainer Environment Build Certification or Proficiency (Preferred) **What You Will Do** · Develop and maintain application training environments including developing training scenarios, functionality design, building test patient and user profiles, validating test user security · Design and develop training curriculum for upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
