The primary role of the Business Operations Epic Training Specialist is to learn and train the field on corporate initiatives established by the RSC Executive Committee. Your Impact:
Ensures that the processes and procedures are trained as designed but should escalate issues they see in the field to help shape the SOPs if needed. The TS should be involved in helping to solve issues and communicate back to the interested Stakeholders.Deep understanding of how Epic- Agency Management Systems works and versed in the understanding of how the broker side of the Insurance Industry operates; Knowledge includes supporting functions such as Accounting, Claims, Certificates or Centers of Excellence Implement training utilizing adult learning with ability to differentiate when it’s appropriate to use different modes of training; in-person or remotePresentation of prepared training documentation including post training support and questionsDrive advanced and efficient use of systems and technology by identifying any need for streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivityWork with counterparts from other regions and Business Units to create a cohesive and collaborative training teamSuccessful Candidate Will Have:

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 - $95,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
