Collaborate with and support Principal Trainers and Analysts with upgrades, health system projects, training instruction, tip sheets, and any additional training needs.
Play an active role in documenting workflows and tracking changes that impact new hire training.
Responsible for achieving an in-depth understanding of the assigned application(s), policies and procedures, and workflows.
Responsible for the set up and facilitation of training classes.
Conduct virtual, instructor-led, classroom training sessions, in-services, group and individual instruction.
Create and administer end-user proficiency assessments and ensure that they appropriately assess knowledge gained during virtual, instructor-led, or CBL training.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in support of Epic and operational iniatives
Maintain a current understanding of the credentialing process.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Specialized Certification
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) by the NAHAM required within 18 months of hire date or approved equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
