We are seeking an EPIC Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical, programming, instrumentation, and controls projects for water and wastewater facilities. Responsibilities Manages the successful execution of water and wastewater utility projectsApplies acute technical and project delivery knowledge to advise clients throughout the project life cycle and meet or exceed budget, schedule, and quality goalsLeads and oversees project teams in the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of projects of various sizesSupervises and coordinates the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist with specific assignmentsPrepares reports, technical memoranda, specifications, and cost estimatesMaintains a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholdersPartners with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assists with proposal preparation, including project scopes and cost estimates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field10+ years of water/wastewater project experienceExperience delivering and managing water treatment, water transmission/distribution, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning projectsExperience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teamWorks well in a team environmentAbility to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints Preferred Qualifications PMP certificationDesign and construction phase experience Pay Range$120,000 to $180,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
