EPIC Project Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled EPIC Project Manager to join our team located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves managing an Epic Radiant implementation project in the IT industry. As the EPIC Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, and quality control. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and scheduling of the Epic Radiant implementation project.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and motivation.
• Manage communication with all stakeholders to ensure clarity on project progress and expectations.
• Identify and manage any risks or issues that may affect the project, implementing effective solutions when necessary.
• Oversee the project budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage the closure of the project, including final reporting and evaluation.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies in the project management process.
• Leverage IT project management skills to ensure project success.
• Use Epic EMR and Epic Radiant skills to facilitate the implementation process. Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a IT project management role, PMP preferred
• Experience managing Epic projects, Epic Radiant implementation preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and principles
• Proficient in IT project management software and tools
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
