Epic Refuel PM
CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to help lead a Refuel initiative for our client in the Midwest. Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Duration: 1 year Duties: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the Epic Refuel program, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all teams. Provide overall management and oversight for the Epic Refuel initiative, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of key milestones. Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate and enhance relationships for strategic governance and decision-making. Offer program-level support and provide leadership guidance to ensure the program's success. Manage pre-planning, scoping, and implementation activities of Epic Clinical Applications to meet both project and client needs. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the project. Skills: Strong project management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to interact professionally with leaders at all levels of the organization Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage complex projects in a large, multifaceted organization Proficiency in Epic Clinical Applications and familiarity with Epic Refuel program Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, specifically facilitating Epic implementations and/or optimizations within large, complex organizations At least one Epic Refuel project experience in the Project Manager role Education: Bachelor's Degree Certifications: PMP certification preferred Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals across various levels of an organization Willingness to travel CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
