Skills and Requirements 4 years hands-on experience with Epic systems, specifically Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, EpicCare Inpatient Orders, or EpicCare Ambulatory. In a large health system setting.  Candidate must hold Resolute certification (Professional or Hospital billing) preferred.  Deep understanding of Epic charge capture, charge review, and reconciliation processes.  Proven experience in program or project management within healthcare IT involving Epic system optimizations.  Familiarity with managing complex IT initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.  3 years experience managing technical implementations, including gathering requirements, overseeing design and build, conducting testing, and ensuring user adoption.  Ability to manage the technical aspects of projects, particularly with charge capture and reconciliation.  Strong experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including organizational leaders and application owners.  Proven skills in producing and presenting status reports, managing program governance, and escalating issues when necessary.  Familiarity with tools and methodologies for scope, schedule, and budget management, such as MS Project, Jira, or similar project management software.  Ability to oversee and lead charge testing processes and ensure that training is appropriately designed and delivered for users of the system. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
