Job Summary:

\n

We are seeking a skilled Epic Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst II to join our BSWH Revenue Cycle Builders team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, developing, maintaining, and optimizing revenue cycle reports and dashboards using Epic's reporting tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nDevelop and maintain revenue cycle reports and dashboards using Epic's Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and Workbench tools.\nAnalyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in revenue cycle processes.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.\nProvide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.\nMonitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution.\nStay current with Epic updates and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.\nManage tickets in ServiceNow or any other vendor application as necessary, with regular updates, documentation, etc. \nWork on reporting projects for Revenue Cycle as needed and assigned by management Support broader data-related tasks such as system optimization, workflow analysis, data integration, and ad-hoc project support to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare reporting and analytics.\nEpic Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle certifications are required.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.\nAdvanced knowledge and experience using MS Excel for analysis as needed.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n\nExperience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules.\nEpic Hospital Billing, Epic Professional Billing.\nKnowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology.\n\n

Location: Remote – but able to travel to Dallas, TX for quarterly on-site meetings

\n
