Huron’s Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, so we are constantly searching for skilled technical consultants to help our clients maximize their technology investments. Our Oracle Health Solution Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. At Huron, our Epic Technical Project Managers successfully oversee and manage complex technical projects. They partner with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges and maximize their technology investments. Our Project Managers come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their Epic systems to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. As a Technical Project Manager, you will: + Successfully de project implementations, optimization and enhancements of their Epic EHR system ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical workflows + Partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Epic system, enhance clinical and administrative workflows and improve patient care outcomes + Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity + Provide guidance on workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements + Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction Required: + Must have current Epic certification with recent build experience + A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading project implementations of Epic systems in hospitals and health systems performing testing, configuration and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity + Expert project management skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines, PMP a plus + Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required + Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS), or equivalent work experience Preferred: + Advanced reporting experience (Dashboard and Reporting Workbench) + Project Management Certification + Previous consulting experience **Posting Category** Generalist **Opportunity Type** Regular **Country** United States of America At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
