Job Description The Epic Test Lead is responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing technical quality assurance protocols, test plans, and documentation for IT processes, software, and products. This role ensures compliance with UC standards, government regulations, and product specifications, assessing software readiness for release. The analyst identifies and analyzes trends, recommends corrective actions, and supports cross-domain testing, configuration, and integration. The preferred candidate must have a thorough understanding of Epics environments, configuration, and testing protocols, ensuring they can effectively identify quality issues and contribute to system improvements. Skills and Requirements Expertise leading large complex Epic testing projects or programs. Expertise testing multiple core Epic modules Expertise in complex software lifecycle and project lifecycle management. Skilled in developing test strategies and plans Advanced knowledge of software functions, design, development, and analysis, with strong skills in software testing. Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams across all levels, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
