**About the Role** **:**
We’re looking for an **Epicor Business Systems Analyst** to be the driving force behind our clients technology evolution! In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support for our ERP system, optimize internal processes, and spearhead initiatives that enhance efficiency and data accuracy across our multi-location operations. **Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ **Epicor ERP Champion** : Take ownership of the **Epicor ERP system** , ensuring it’s running smoothly, supporting multiple departments across three locations, and constantly evolving to meet business needs. You'll manage everything from troubleshooting to full-scale system administration.
+ **Data-Driven Decisions** : Use your expertise in **data analytics** to build insightful reports, queries, and dashboards that empower team members at all levels. Bring actionable insights to the table to improve efficiency and decision-making.
+ **Process Optimization** : Dive deep into the company’s operations and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance processes across inventory, scheduling, HR, accounting, and more. Your strategic insights will drive impactful change.
+ **Project Leadership** : Lead exciting software and technology projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to **implement upgrades** , new features, and process improvements. Stay on track with deadlines and budgets to deliver successful outcomes.
+ **Vendor Management** : Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and service providers, ensuring smooth collaborations and seamless support contracts.
+ **Training & Support** : Develop your skills and assist in the training of team members, creating custom reports and dashboards to enhance internal operations. You’ll be the **go-to person** for all application-related queries and training needs.

**Qualifications** **:**
+ **Experience** : 1-5 years in ERP system management, ideally within a **manufacturing or distribution** setting. You’ll bring hands-on experience with **Epicor** , data tools, **SQL** , **Power BI** , and **Microsoft products** (training provided on specific tools).
+ **Education** : Degree in **Information Systems** , **Information Technology** , or a related field. Relevant certifications or hands-on experience will be considered.
+ **Skills** : Familiarity with **inventory management** , **scheduling** , **manufacturing** , **purchasing** , **HR** , and other business functions. You’re comfortable **prioritizing tasks** , meeting deadlines, and handling all things tech within the organization.
**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
