Kforce has a client that is seeking an EPM Data Validation Analyst in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities: EPM & FCCS Data Validation & Reporting: * Perform in-depth data validation and reconciliation across FCCS, PBCS, and ERP systems to ensure accuracy in consolidated financial reports * Lead data mapping initiatives to align transactional data with EPM reporting structures * Support Financial Close and Consolidation processes within Oracle FCCS and Hyperion * Analyze and validate Fixed and Variable Costs, Sales, MC, GP, EBIT, and EBITDA across multiple business units * Review and prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packages under US GAAP and IFRS, including variance analysis and commentary Process Optimization & Compliance: * Lead SOX compliance testing and controls documentation within the EPM framework * Develop automation solutions to enhance data validation efficiency and financial reporting accuracy * Support audit requests (internal and external) by ensuring data consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements * Work closely with accounting and finance teams to implement policy changes in ERP/EPM systems Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: * Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and operations teams to address EPM-related challenges * Train business unit leaders and finance stakeholders on best practices for data integrity within FCCS/PBCS * Provide insights and recommendations to improve data governance and financial consolidation processes
