EPM Solution Architect

The candidate will lead Onestream solutions through the full cycle of an implementation including requirements, design, testing, development, testing, training, documentation, and support. In this role you will: + Help transition applications to new technologies and manage the Onestream footprint in Logitech + Proactively build working relationships with the Corporate FP&A and Accounting groups to deliver Onestream applications. + Participate in requirements sessions and prepare detailed functional and technical architecture diagrams and specifications, design models, and system workflows from which software applications will be developed and implemented. + Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and Platform features and functionalities + Develop test scenarios, test scripts and leads teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing. + Facilitate Business end-user training as needed + Lead, mentor and assist a team of software developers/engineers to ensure that best practices are established and followed and applications are delivered on-time and within budget + Help manage the workload of the team to estimate and deliver on change requests and commits on a quarterly basis + Lead application development projects as assigned + Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and deliverables Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following **minimum** skills and behaviors to our team: + Minimum of **8-12** years of overall relevant experience and a minimum of 4-5 years of direct full life cycle experience with Onestream implementations + Minimum 2 years of Onsite experience or in an equivalent role having direct interaction with business leadership teams + Team lead or project lead for EPM applications for 2-3 implementation projects + Strong understanding of the functional business processes that CPM enables including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. + Strong understanding of accounting processes, including but not limited to account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, allocations, top side adjustments, and currency translation. + Strong knowledge of SOX and implementing ITGC controls + Experience with design and build of EPM and reporting solutions from scratch. Must have experience leading full-cycle Onestream implementations. + Experience with .NET/C# and SQL coding. Should be an expert in writing in Onestream Business rules + Experience with data integration between different systems / sources, data conversions, and interfaces. + Experience managing projects, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, resource management. + Skilled development of multifaceted testing plans and processes for complex systems. + Knowledge of intricate application interface processes, tools and monitoring systems. + Knowledge of technical infrastructures, hardware and network environments. + Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills + Proficient in Microsoft office products In addition, **preferable** skills and behaviors include: + Onestream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification. + Proficient with reporting tools such as OBIEE and Tableau, and familiar with Oracle ERP and Snowflake data warehouse Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field or equivalent industry expertise.
