Title: EPMO IT Project Manager
Location: Clayton, MO
 

Salary: $96,120-$145,440
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The IT Project Manager provides management and oversight for IT projects as a part of the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (ITSP) team.  This role requires expertise in project management, risk/issue management, resource management, project financial tracking, stakeholder and business engagement, and strategic thinking.  This role will also be accountable for supporting project delivery activities across the IT Portfolio such as helping to ensure all projects follow Olin’s project management methodology.   


EPMO IT Project Manager Essential Job Functions:

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgetsResponsible for delivery quality from original concept through final implementationEnsure project deliverables are on time and on budget while meeting stakeholder expectationsProactively evaluate and manage Project risks, and escalate issues as appropriate to minimize delays and disruptionContinuously look for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of EPMO-related work to drive value for Olin

EPMO IT Project Manager Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree* in Business, Communications, or ITMinimum of 5 years of IT project management experienceExcellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience managing IT Software and Infrastructure projects; PMP (project Management Professional) or similar certification preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office products; Experience using MS Project, PPM platform tools, or similar tools preferredPrior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
