About the Role:

The EPR Recycling Analyst supports Alberta’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) contracts, ensuring compliance with reporting, invoicing, and payments. This detail-oriented role involves collaboration with contract managers, recycling operations, and cross-functional teams to meet environmental and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure EPR compliance through accurate reporting and documentation.Administer contract activities, billing, and payments.Act as a liaison with the Producer Responsible Organization (PRO).Collaborate with plant managers to drive operational excellence.Lead sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.This role may involve moderate travel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.1-2 years of experience in recycling, environmental services, or waste management.Familiarity with regulated frameworks, especially EPR.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

Expertise in recycling operations and compliance.Proven ability to manage metrics and drive process improvements.Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
