**Job Title: Equipment Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Operator, where you will play a crucial role in handling decorative bricks and pavers. You will work alongside a team to efficiently load and offload these materials from conveyor lines, ensuring they are properly stacked onto pallets. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area by picking up garbage and scrap during and after each shift. Be prepared for physical and repetitive manual labor, with bricks and pavers weighing up to 50lbs. **Responsibilities** + Load and offload decorative bricks and pavers from conveyor lines. + Stack bricks and pavers onto pallets in an organized manner. + Maintain a clean work area by picking up garbage and scrap. + Adapt to physical demands of handling materials up to 50lbs. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience. + Proficiency in heavy lifting and palletizing. + Ability to operate loading equipment. + Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. from ground level. + Strong teamwork skills. + Positive attitude and team player mentality. **Work Environment** Work in an outdoor manufacturing facility that can be extremely hot during summer months. The job is labor-intensive and involves exposure to weather conditions. Steel-toed boots are required for safety. Training occurs on the 1st shift (4:30am to 4:30pm), transitioning to a 2nd shift (4:30pm to 4:30am) after training. Expect a demanding yet rewarding work environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
