Your new role:
Ecolab's Market-Leading Textile Care Division provides our industrial and on-premise laundry customers with a range of products, services, equipment, and cutting-edge industry innovations designed to enhance operational efficiency and promote environmental sustainability. As the Installation and Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of new and upgraded mechanical / electrical equipment at our customer sites. Key responsibilities will include:
Completing plant surveys and determining project costs
Coordinating internal and/or external teams to install all textile care equipment within timelines and budgets
Organising, Preparing and assembling equipment for installation
Maintaining maintenance plans, spare parts lists, instruction manuals and documentation for all installed equipment and systems
Providing escalated technical support, training and troubleshooting for our customers and field staff
Responding to potential and known equipment failures
Identifying service improvements to enhance our technical service delivery
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed electrician with experience in installing electrical and mechanical systems to join our high performing team.
Our ideal candidate may have:
Electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent trade qualifications
Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical equipment installations
A contractor’s licence would be advantageous
The ability to read blueprints and schematics to install systems
Experience working with a variety of hand, power and air operated tools
Previous experience leading a team
An ability to independently plan and manage your workload, under pressure
Willing to travel within ANZ for the duration of the works
