Equipment Citations Intern
Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America U-Haul International is seeking a hardworking, energetic high-school intern to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation. This internship will start February 3rd and will run for 10+ weeks. Primary Responsibilities: + Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations + Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties + Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes Minimum Qualifications: + Good attendance record + Previous call center/phone-based work experience + Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) + Excellent communication skills + Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule: + 25+ hours per week between 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 6:00am-4:30pm on Saturday Perks of joining the U-Haul fleet: Get your career moving with a company who empowers team members to the healthiest version of themselves!
