Equipment Coordinator - Marine

Job Description

The Equipment Coordinator will be responsible to maintain and manage warehouse inventory. Plan, schedule, and ship to and from sites (both domestic and international) all related items for in-house and client jobs. Maintain the inventory and necessary level of consumable stock. Be responsible for receiving all supply orders.

 

Job Responsibilities

Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.Responsible for all domestic & international logistics.Responsible for receiving all supply orders.  Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of all warehouse spaces.  Assists in the mobilization of equipment, as directed.  Service and test equipment; life jackets and safety harnesses.  Performs and assists with maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area as directed.  Employee is responsible for the quality of work performed along with personal safety, co-worker’s safety and the care and maintenance of equipment.  Observe and follow all company safety rules and procedures.  Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company’s processes, including safety program and quality management system.  Maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.Execute work duties in an organized and efficient manner.Maintain organized and clean work area.

 

Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.Possess current driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record, License required. (Commercial preferred) Must have 1 year or more of experience as an Equipment Coordinator or warehouse-related role.Create, distribute, and file all necessary shipping and receiving documents.Have Microsoft Office experience.Must be able to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting.Operate Forklift.
