DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Management Facilitate mobilization of equipment for project use and ensure availability of all needed equipment in site. Coordinate with warehouse personnel for equipment transfer and/or safekeeping. Maintain a dispatch board or log sheet. Study, prepare, and supervise project’s equipment schedule of activities. Review and prepare equipment daily time record. Monitor daily status of equipment including equipment breakdown, availability, utilization, and fuel consumption. Subcontracts Management Supervise and maintain an inventory of motor pool manpower of the project. Coordinate motor pool manpower with neighboring project. Project Financials and Cost Management Evaluate and ensure accuracy of subcontractor billings and equipment rental billings.
