JR62464 Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities : 

Primarily responsible for equipment transfer, install, setup, buyoff and release to support manufacturing start upPlan, handle and work on resolving equipment line problems, and prepare the manufacturing line for ramp upLead and responsible to achieve equipment performanceImplement Preventive/Predictive maintenance programDevelop equipment maintenance specificationMonitor equipment performance key indicators and responsible to meet expectationProvide necessary production supportDefine and sustain spare inventory system for key equipmentMonitor spare cost and drive down liabilities of spare inventoriesIdentify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programsDefine, develop and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy and roadmapMaintaining a matrix on equipment capabilities and constraintsAccountable for Spare part/Tooling/meter management

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electronic related EngineeringAt least 1 year working experience in semiconductor Testing manufacturingStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supported areas and peers and gain their trust and respectExcellent multi-tasking skillsAbility to lead and participate in cross functional teamsDemonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skillsSelf-motivated and hardworking with a pleasant personality.
