Key Responsibilities: + Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and tool failures in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. + Process Equipment Handling: Manage and maintain process equipment such as photolithography and etching tools. + Team Collaboration: Communicate with Production and Process Engineering teams to improve documentation, methods, and inventory management. + Critical Spares Management: Work with Facilities to source and secure critical spares for production tools. + Equipment Maintenance: Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to schematics and manuals. + Project Management: Manage small projects and train maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations. + Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance. + Metrics Utilization: Use metrics like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) to improve maintenance programs. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. + 5+ years of experience with a BS or 3+ years with a MS in manufacturing or aerospace/defense industry, OR 7-10 years of equivalent experience. + Expertise in Troubleshooting: Knowledge of semiconductor process equipment troubleshooting and repair. + Technical Writing Skills: Proven ability to create detailed maintenance documentation. + Mechanical Design Experience: Experience in mechanical design and machining requirements. + Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. + Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom and lift up to 50 pounds. + Proficiency in MS Office: Excellent documentation and communication skills. + Project Management: Ability to manage and lead projects of moderate complexity.
