We are looking for an Equipment Engineer III to lead the process engineering and advanced manufacturing effort of proprietary micro-taggant material at our Oahu-based manufacturing facility. The Equipment Engineer III will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and analysis of manufacturing equipment and systems. The Equipment Engineer III will collaborate within a team of scientists and engineers on critical projects to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement solutions for process technology transfer from lab to manufacturing and to optimize the performance of the manufacturing process tools. The optimal candidate will have experience in semiconductor processing and a penchant for system and tool design. This role requires engineering discipline so successful candidates should have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and demonstrated skills in manual, semi-automated and automated system design, preferably but not necessarily in wet-process systems. Additionally the ideal candidate will have operational experience in pilot-line manufacturing, and specifically the transfer and scale up of processes from R&D to pilot and beyond. This position will report to the Vice President, Materials Manufacturing.
