**Job title:** As an Equipment Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Equipment Engineering team to design, build, and maintain the manufacturing equipment used in our company's processes. Not just work but doing the work of your life to help the lives of others. **Your role:** + Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment improvements + Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and processes that can enhance manufacturing capabilities + Assist in the installation, setup, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment + Conduct tests and experiments to validate equipment and process performance + Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of equipment and process improvements + Participate in the development of standard operating procedures and work instructions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues + Attend team meetings and contribute to team initiatives **You're the right fit if:** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field + Understand basic Mechatronics + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent on MS. office application + Ability to work independently and as part of a team **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
