We are looking for an Equipment Finance Account Executive to join our team to be responsible for the following:

·       Solicit and originate equipment leases and financing transactions.

·       Where applicable, negotiates terms and conditions, prices, structures, and quote transactions based on customer needs, market conditions, and bank requirements, determining whether the lease will be an acceptable risk; obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data.

·       Arranges for and conducts titles searches and obtains necessary document.

·       Identify specific target markets which will yield quality prospects.

·       Ensures the preparation and processing of forms and legal documents required.

·       Follows current leases to ensure compliance with terms.

·       Provides customer service to customers and prospective customers seeking leases.

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·       Typically requires a Bachelors and 2+ years of directly related experience.

·       Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

·       Working knowledge of leasing, lease pricing, negation skills, credit analysis and lease regulations.

·       Must have good customer service, communications, commercial credit and PR skills. PC skill required.

This position is commission based and can range from $85,000-175,000 per year depending on performance.
