**Description** **Location:** On site at location listed in job posting **Summary** The incumbent will assist the business unit with all aspects of Operations and Asset Management. **Key Responsibilities Include** + Assists Asset Manager in providing collateral evaluations for use in credit underwriting memos. + Works with Asset Manager to maintain database of used equipment values. + Works with Relationship Managers to obtain equipment specifications and cost information needed to prepare equipment evaluations. + Maintains valuation matrices under supervision of the Asset Manager + Develops relationships with outside appraisal sources + Engages and manages outside appraisal processes + Assists Asset Manager on annual portfolio impairment reviews + Assists Asset Manager with end of term equipment dispositions + Assists Relationship Managers with closing new loans and leases in accordance with business unit policy. + Ensures data integrity for new transactions booked. + Assists Operations Manager with portfolio related tasks as assigned **Qualifications Include** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent + 2 years experience required, 2-4 years preferred. + Good written and oral skills + Accurate grammar, typing and spelling + Winning attitude and desire to excel in this highly desirable work environment. + Able to adjust to changing work environment. **About Us** First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
