Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to stakeholders within the Equipment Life Cycle Management processes the rough regular meetings, correspondences and communicationsSeek, recommend and implement process development and improvement initiativesAdministration and data integrity management of Capital Management System (CMS)Track and monitor capital demand prioritization and trigger relevant activities to ensure smooth continuity of process flowsCoordinate technical evaluation and other aspects of the equipment installationCollaborate with site facilities to ensure provision of cost estimates and budgetary approvals for equipment laboratory modifications and/or hard service modifications relating to asset adaptation Identify and coordinate appropriate dispositioning activities for equipment being replacedTrack, verify and record equipment delivery and necessary onboarding activitiesEnsure relevant updates to asset management systems for redeployed, on- or off-boarded equipmentSupport scientists in improving effectiveness of investment process by suggesting re -use or redeployment of existing equipment or instruments based on equipment utilization dataSupport scientists in identifying investment candidates based on instruments or equipment nearing end of-life or with increasing maintenance costsProvide regular KPI and process health reporting to the customerNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time

Associate degree with 1+year of experience in a customer facing role with similar responsibilities as noted above ORHigh School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role with similar responsibilities as noted abovePreferred Qualifications:
Certification/Degree in relevant field (Project Management, 6-Sigma, Business Administration, Supply Chain) and 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role within a scientific environment. Experience Of laboratories and familiarity with laboratory equipmentExperience of project leadership and/or project administrationCreativity in problem-solving and troubleshootingCapability to develop improvement ideas and implement solutions Ability to positively influence peers and managementWorking Environment:
Must be able to work in a laboratory, controlled environments requiring personal protective equipment (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, etc.) in laboratory.Job pace may be fast and job completion demands may be high.Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 25% of the timeThe person needs to occasionally move between labs, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings onsite.The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $47,320.00 to $59,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
