An Insight Global client is seeking to hire an equipment maintenance shift supervisor for their fab in Ft. Collins, CO. This facility produces F-Bar and RF devices in an 8 inch fab. The team is looking to hire someone to supervise the D shift crew who works every other Wednesday and every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 PM to 6 AM. The person in this role will be responsible for 25 to 30 maintenance technicians and 3 apprentice level employees. During their shift they will be responsible for all functional areas of the semiconductor manufacturing process up until packaging and test phase, they will provide mentorship and coaching to the apprentice level employees and also will perform some light project management tasks like tool crib maintenance, upgrades, etc. This job requires employees to be on-site in Ft. Collins, CO during their shift and can offer a salary between $84,000 and $135,000. In addition, candidates are eligible for annual bonuses, company stock options and a night/weekend work differential bonus. Exact compensation may vary depending on education and experience.
