Responsibilities Reviews and approves Capitalizations.Safety RecallsTrack and monitor repairsReviews all equipment repair expense over $2,500Production equipmentAR fleet cars (as needed)Works as liaison between field and vendors on day-to-day Equipment problems and issuesTroubleshootingPartsServiceProcesses and approves disposals as they are received and works with auction companies throughoutReviews all Altec invoices with Director and if approved sends to local offices to TAP.Annual inspections for fleetAerial lift inspections throughout the companyDOT InspectionsSet up and track program.Works on Equipment disposalsProcesses disposalsManages EQ Portal for internal Available EQ to Transfer.Work with senior management of EQ to set up and organize and implement fleet management software. Work with that vendor and local offices to ensure maintenance items are being completed, monitor, and send out updates to local offices and division with regards to maintenance, compliance, and safety items.Review and understand data analytics as it pertains to the fleet.Be able to report to the Director of fleet.Help make informed decisions on health and status of fleet and replacement cyclesOther duties and responsibilities that may be required Qualifications Knowledgeable of Tree care equipment, parts, components, and functionalityMust be organized and a self-starter.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms like Excel and TeamsKnowledge of DOT regulationsCDL would be a plus.Background in safety would be a plus.
