Responsibilities Run jobs according to specific work instructions/Service Level Agreements (SLA)Operate machine according to specifications and quality protocolsMeet productivity targets based on machine capacity and workload Adhere to all department specifications and requirementsEnsure that all pre-determined quality and security standards are metComplete accountability and auditing production forms for each job assignedWork together with maintenance/production support to ensure minimum machine downtimePerform basic Preventative Maintenance (PM) as trained and on a regular basisCommunicate any machine malfunctions or production delays to lead or supervisorMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in line with OSHA and company safety guidelinesPerform 5S at end of shift Attend SIM meetingThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $21.00/hr - $28.00/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
