8 Hour Swing Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM Mon-Fri ($1.50/Hr Shift Diff.)
8 Hour Night Shift: 11:00PM to 7:30AM Mon-Fri ($2.00/Hr Shift Diff.)

Hiring Bonus: $1,000.00

Responsibilities Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly PM assignments of all dry offset printing pressesAssigned work order tasks.Performs daily entry of tasks performed and completed into Berry PM Program.Performs daily reporting of parts used, by use of scanner or other reporting method.Assists production group leaders with day to day problems with machines.Provides daily communication with incoming and outgoing maintenance technicians and Printing Maintenance Group Leader.Maintains GMP, housekeeping and safety standards. Willing to train beginning technicians (Level 1)Basic knowledge of electricityRepair and rebuild color headsPulls electric motors and replacesReplaces belts and bearingsAbility to use axillary equipment (drill, grinder, band saw, etc.)Ability to locate parts from parts listOther duties as assigned by their supervisorSupervisory Responsibilities:

Effective written and oral communication skillsMust be mechanically and electrically inclined.Perform electrical troubleshooting and codes Must be safety and quality conscience at all times.5-7 years equipment maintenance experience preferredAbility to work under limited supervisionAdditional training may be required to retain positionMust be familiar with the operation of PLCs, Drives, and robots.Wiring, schematic and electrical diagram readingsMust have basic equipment maintenance tools and MultimeterMust be responsible, self- motivated and team oriented. Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervision.Must have a willingness to take a "hands on" approach during times of process interruption.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.
