QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have at least 10 years solid experience in Construction industry with a minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity Candidate must be a graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringRESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and ensure that the implementation of all Equipment Group’s tasks, activities, and programs are timely and according to the agreed standard. Ensure smooth execution of Equipment Group’s services and products and that any problems or issues that hampers the operation are addressed. Escalate high impact issues to Head of Construction for direction. Recommend improvements and innovations in the group’s processes, programs, systems, etc. that will improve timeliness, quality, customer service, or cost efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and practices within the company. Ensure compliance to the approved safety, health and environmental requirements prescribed in the ESH plan. Ensure that critical activities are covered with method statements and/or calculations to prove safe work practices. Ensure adequacy of training and certification for operators and equipment utilized in critical activities. Analyze injury case studies and other safety statistics to identify trends and recommend solution and other improvement plans to avoid recurrence. Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance Plan. Ensure that products and services are carried out according to quality standards. Address identified non-conformities and ensuring all NCRs are properly, effectively, and timely addressed through identification of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure that materials and equipment are procured in accordance to the issued specification. People Management Financials and Cost Management
